Our company was founded by 2 Americans, with a passion for improving the way things systematically work, we decided there had to be a much easier way to hire talented people at affordable rates in the outsourcing industry. Alvin A. Meroy
Hi, I am Alvin, and I am very fascinated with Anime (Japanese Cartoons) and Computer Generated Imagery (CGI). Most of my spare time was spent in front of a computer. Its there that I either play a videogame, do internet surfing or practice my programming skills.
I am a Bachelor of Science graduate in Information Technology , I graduated with flying colors. I received the “Best Programmer Award”. I’m very interested in Website Design and everything that goes with it. I am very proficient in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver and Macromedia Flash. I am currently applying my skills and learning all there is to know about Search Engine Optimization. I am enhancing my knowledge in creating WordPress Themes, and writing Blogs for WaveTalent. I can create Squeeze pages, and am able to manage PPC accounts with precision and accuracy. I treat your business as if it was my own.
Being part of the WaveTalent team is a BIG plus for me. As WaveTalent grows, I will also grow along with my virtual teammates – Let’s soar high, but let’s keep our feet on the ground.
Rolando C. Tolentino Jr.
Hi I’m Rolando C. Tolentino Jr. 23 years old. You can call me Jhay for short. I’m a dance choreographer, and an avid break-dancer.
I graduated last year, majoring in Networking Telecommunication Technology. I am also an expert in PC troubleshooting. My other interests are Internet Surfing, Audio Mixing, Video Editing, and Photo editing. I love downloading and learning all the latest programs, and I have a very good knowledge of WordPress, and with that, have created websites including Wavetalent.com. I can do Blog updates, Website updates, Website maintenance, Link Exchange, and offer Technical Support, and I am becoming a master at Search Engine Optimization. (SEO) I can also create Web Commercial Videos.

Hi I’m Isaias an internet enthusiast. I like to call myself “Vahn or Vanguard” it’s more of an alias when I go online. when I’m home I like to listen to music’s from songs, to instrumentals and Games Original Soundtracks (GOST).
I graduated from ACLC with a course in Software Development. Since then I have become more fascinated with computer programs. I have learned to use many computer applications, and I now know their most advanced functions. I have become a master at researching any information by using the web search engines in my own way. I know how to troubleshoot errors in computer software and fix any conflicts in the system. My skill in DVD creation is second to none. I have learned all about wordpress, and I now know how to edit, update and debug elements in HTML. The latest skill I have mastered in this company is the art of search engine optimization, it is an area in which I have excelled in. I care deeply about your business and your satisfaction is my goal.
